The honest version: past about 25 pieces, patches come out cheaper, with no digitizing fee and steeper volume breaks. Direct stitch is faster, has no minimum, and has no edge that can ever lift. Staff uniforms that should read corporate? Direct stitch. A brand in leather or chenille, or an order over 200? Patches.

Real Numbers

Pricing, Out Loud.

No "call for pricing." Embroidery is priced by stitch count, not by size, so a dense logo costs more than an open one at the same dimensions. A left-chest logo runs 6,000 to 9,000 stitches. Send the art and we give you the exact count before you commit.

Digitizing, left-chest logo (one-time)$90.00
TOTAL$504.00

Thirty-six staff polos, one left-chest logo. That is $14.00 a piece the first time, decoration only, with garments quoted separately. Reorder the same logo and you drop the $90 digitizing, so the next run is $11.50 a piece. Lead time three weeks, door to door.

How It Works

Four Steps.

01

Send Your Art

Send the logo, the garment, the quantity, and where you want it. We come back with a clear, itemized quote. No guesswork, no hidden fees.

02

Digitizing & Proof

Your artwork is digitized into a stitch file tuned to the garment and placement. You approve a digital proof before a single needle drops.

03

Precision Stitching

Thread colors are matched and backing is selected, then every piece is stitched on professional embroidery equipment for a consistent finish.

04

Inspected, Then Yours

Every piece is checked for stitch quality and tension before it ships. Your file stays on record for free reorders. Nationwide shipping or local pickup in the Gonzales, Louisiana area.

Lead time: direct embroidery 3 weeks, custom patches 4 weeks, door to door. On a deadline? Ask about our rush options. Embroidery genuinely cannot be rushed without hurting the result.

Questions

What People Ask.

Q.What is the minimum order for embroidery?
There is no minimum on direct embroidery. One hat, one polo, one jacket, we will do it. Same stitch quality and same turnaround, whatever the count. Custom patches carry a 10 piece minimum (25 for genuine leather), but direct stitch has no minimum at all.
Q.How is embroidery priced?
By stitch count, not by size. The machine charges by how many stitches it lays down, so a dense, detailed logo costs more than an open one at the exact same dimensions. A typical left-chest logo runs 6,000 to 9,000 stitches, a cap front is similar, and a large back design can run past 20,000. Send the art and we give you the exact count before you commit. The quote is a number, not a range.
Q.Is digitizing included in the price?
For direct embroidery, digitizing is a separate one-time charge of $45 to $300 depending on complexity (a left-chest logo is typically $90). It converts your artwork into a stitch file the machine can read, and it is skilled work. Reorder the same design and it is free, forever, because we keep your file. For custom patches there is no digitizing fee at all, which is a big part of why patches come out cheaper past 25 pieces.
Q.Can you embroider hats and caps?
Yes. Structured caps, dad hats, beanies, and visors are core embroidery work. We offer flat stitching for a crisp, clean logo and 3D puff stitching for a raised, bold front, the look on every good trucker hat.
Q.What garments can you embroider?
Hats, polos, dress shirts, jackets, fleece, hoodies, tees, bags, and totes. Most woven and knit fabrics take embroidery well. Very lightweight or stretchy fabrics can be a poor fit, and we will tell you upfront if your garment choice is not suitable before anything runs.
Q.How long does embroidery take?
Direct embroidery runs about 3 weeks, door to door. Custom patches run about 4 weeks. Artwork has to be digitized before a single stitch goes down, and patches need a proof approved before production starts, so neither can be rushed without hurting the result. On a tight deadline, ask about our rush options.
Q.Can I supply my own garments?
Yes, with a signed waiver. We ask you to bring a few extra pieces in case of a needle or hooping issue, and we inspect and count everything on arrival. We steer clear of very lightweight, stretchy, or high-value garments we did not supply, since we cannot be responsible for material we did not provide.
Q.How durable is embroidery?
It is the most durable decoration there is. Because the design is stitched into the fabric, it will not fade, crack, or peel no matter how often the garment is washed or worn. On direct stitch, the logo is the fabric, so there is no edge that can ever lift. Embroidery routinely outlasts the garment it is on.
Q.I need 500 embroidered hats. Can you do that?
With patches, yes, there is no ceiling on quantity. With direct stitch, no: our embroidery caps out at 300 pieces, and that is a real limit we would rather flag now than after you order. Above 300, patches are the answer, and they come out cheaper anyway.
