The honest version: past about 25 pieces, patches come out cheaper, with no digitizing fee and steeper volume breaks. Direct stitch is faster, has no minimum, and has no edge that can ever lift. Staff uniforms that should read corporate? Direct stitch. A brand in leather or chenille, or an order over 200? Patches.

Pricing, Out Loud.
No "call for pricing." Embroidery is priced by stitch count, not by size, so a dense logo costs more than an open one at the same dimensions. A left-chest logo runs 6,000 to 9,000 stitches. Send the art and we give you the exact count before you commit.
Decoration only, garments quoted separately. Direct embroidery has no minimum. One-time digitizing runs $45 to $300 (a left-chest logo is typically $90), and it is free on every reorder because we keep your file on record. Names are $15 each. Direct stitch caps out at 300 pieces per run.
Patch and application are included, with no setup, digitizing, or art fee. Full-color printed patches start at $4.00. A 3 inch embroidered patch drops to $6.00 at 500 or more. Patches carry a 10 piece minimum (25 for genuine leather).
These are starting prices at the smallest quantity. Every material drops hard with volume. Send the design and quantity and we quote the exact number.
What a real order looks like
Thirty-six staff polos, one left-chest logo. That is $14.00 a piece the first time, decoration only, with garments quoted separately. Reorder the same logo and you drop the $90 digitizing, so the next run is $11.50 a piece. Lead time three weeks, door to door.
