Services & Capabilities
What services do you offer?
Custom apparel printing (screen printing and DTF), embroidery and patches, graphic design, and branded extras like stickers, neck labels, and promotional products, for businesses, brands, teams, events, and organizations.
What's the difference between screen printing, DTF, and embroidery?
Screen printing is the best value for solid-color designs at volume. DTF handles full color, photos, and gradients with no minimum and no setup fee. Embroidery gives a premium stitched finish, ideal for hats, polos, and uniforms. Not sure which fits? Tell us the design and quantity and we'll recommend the right one.
Can you provide the garments, or do I bring my own?
Both. We source quality garments for you, or you can supply your own. Customer-supplied garments carry a small handling upcharge and a signed waiver, and we ask you to bring about 5% extra in case of a misprint.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
DTF has no minimum, we'll print a single piece. Screen printing starts at 12. There is a $250 minimum order overall. Larger quantities lower your per-piece price, especially on screen printing.
Design & Artwork
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are best. We can also work with a high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI. If your file needs cleanup, we'll tell you before we charge you for anything.
Do you offer design help if I don't have final artwork?
Yes. Our design team can build custom artwork or turn your concept into clean, production-ready files. Logos start at $50, and custom or complex work is billed at $85/hr. If you send us press-ready art, the design work is free.
Can you match specific colors (Pantone or brand colors)?
Yes. We match Pantone and brand colors wherever the method allows, so your branding stays consistent across every order. A PMS color match on screen printing carries a small per-color fee.
Do you provide samples or proofs?
Always. You approve a digital proof before a single piece is produced. Nothing goes to press or the machine until you sign off, so there are no surprises.
Ordering & Production
How is pricing calculated?
By quantity, print method, number of colors, garment, and design complexity. Screen printing setup is a one-time fee that's waived on every exact reorder, so the second run of the same design is cheaper than the first.
How long does production take?
Door to door: DTF about 2 to 2.5 weeks, screen printing and embroidery about 3 weeks, custom patches about 4 weeks. Graphic design runs 3 to 7 business days. Same-day vinyl is available for small rush jobs ordered by 10 AM. We confirm your exact date on the quote.
Can you rush an order?
Often, yes. We have a rush option and same-day vinyl for small urgent jobs. Rush availability depends on current production load, so call us at 225-363-0482 and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
What happens after I request a quote?
We review your design and order details, reply within one business day with clear pricing and a method recommendation, and send a digital proof for your approval before anything goes into production.
Do you ship orders or offer local pickup?
Both. We ship nationwide and offer local pickup in the Gonzales, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans area.
What if I'm not sure what I need yet?
No problem. Tell us what you're trying to build and we'll walk you through the right method, garment, and design approach. Guiding you through those decisions is the whole point.
