Rush & Same-Day Available

Need It
Yesterday?
We Got You.

Blanks on the shelf. Press in the shop. When somebody drops the ball and you need shirts now, you don't need a print shop. You need a phone number that answers.

For rush jobs, call. Don't use the form — we'll confirm feasibility before you pay a dime.

What We Can Actually
Do Today.

Not a maybe. Not a "we'll try." These are the jobs we can hand you this afternoon, because the blanks are already here and the press is already hot.

✂️

Vinyl & Heat Press

Same Day

Cut, weeded, and pressed in our shop. Nothing ships, nothing waits on a vendor. This is the work we control end to end.

  • Names and numbers — jerseys, staff shirts, teams
  • Simple 1 to 2 color logos and text
  • Left chest, full front, back
  • Up to 24 pieces same day
🎨

Full-Color DTF

Coming Soon

Full-color same-day is coming. Our DTF printer is on the way. Until it lands, full color runs on our 48-72 hour rush — and we will tell you that up front rather than promise a date we can't hit.

  • Available now on 48-72 hour rush
Straight Talk

What We Can't Rush.

Most shops will tell you yes and figure it out later. We'd rather tell you the truth now, so you can go find the right answer instead of finding out on Thursday that it isn't coming.

Method
Fastest Possible
Why
Vinyl / Heat Press
Same day
We cut it, weed it, and press it here. Nothing leaves the shop.
DTF / Full Color
48-72 hours
Film has to be produced and shipped in before we can press it. Our own printer is on the way.
Screen Printing
3 weeks
Screens have to be burned, ink cured, and the press scheduled. There is no shortcut that doesn't ruin the print.
Embroidery
3 weeks
Artwork has to be digitized before a single stitch goes down.
Custom Patches
4 weeks
The slowest thing we make. Proof approval alone can take a week.

Need 200 screen-printed shirts by Friday? We can't do it, and neither can anyone else who's being straight with you. But we can probably get you close with vinyl or DTF. Call and we'll figure out what's actually possible.

How Rush Works

Three Steps.
No Surprises.

01

Call. Don't Fill Out a Form.

Rush jobs move too fast for email tag. Pick up the phone. Tell us what you need and when you need it, and we'll tell you in about ninety seconds whether it's possible.

02

We Confirm Before You Pay

We check the blanks, the art, and the clock before we take your money. If we can't hit the date, we say so and you keep your cash. We will never take a rush order we don't think we can deliver.

03

Pick Up or We Deliver

Pick up in Gonzales, or we'll run it to you if you're close. Every piece gets checked before it goes out the door, rush or not.

Rush Pricing

What It Costs
to Skip the Line.

Speed costs money. Here's exactly how much, up front, so nobody's surprised by an invoice.

Same Day

Order by 10 AM · weekends by 12 PM

+100%

on top of standard pricing

$150 minimum · up to 24 pieces · simple art only
Rush

48 to 72 hours

+50%

on top of standard pricing

$150 minimum · full color available · larger runs

You're not paying for ink. You're paying for someone to drop what they're doing, drive to the wholesaler, and stay late. If your timeline isn't actually urgent, order standard and keep the money. We'll tell you if that's the better move.

Questions

Before You Call.

I need shirts today. Is that actually possible?
If it's before 10 AM on a weekday (or 12 PM on a weekend), and the design is simple enough for vinyl — names, numbers, a 1-2 color logo — then yes. Blanks are on the shelf and the press is here. Call and we'll tell you straight in ninety seconds.
Can you do full color same day?
Not yet. Full-color DTF currently runs on our 48-72 hour rush, because the film has to be produced and shipped before we can press it. Our own DTF printer is on the way, and when it lands, same-day full color goes live. We'd rather tell you that than promise a date we can't hit.
What's the biggest rush job you'll take?
24 pieces same day. Rush jobs at 48-72 hours can run larger — call with your quantity and we'll tell you what's realistic. We'd rather turn down a job than blow your date.
Why can't you rush screen printing?
Screens have to be burned, ink has to cure properly, and the press has to be scheduled. Rushing any of those is how you end up with prints that crack after two washes. Nobody can rush screen printing well — and if a shop tells you they can, ask what they're skipping.
Do I have to pay extra if I bring my own shirts?
If you bring the garments, you skip the garment cost entirely — but rush pricing still applies to the decoration, and we'll need you to bring 5% extra in case of a misprint. Bring 25 shirts for a 24-piece job.
What if you can't hit my date?
Then we say so before you pay, and you go find someone who can. We will not take your money on a job we don't believe we can deliver. That's the whole promise.
