The honest version: if your design is one to four solid colors and you are ordering 50 or more, screen printing is the cheapest and most durable way to do it, and we will point you here. Need photos, gradients, tiny runs, or a different name on every back? That is what DTF is for.

The more you order, the less each shirt costs. Screen printing is built for volume, and by a few hundred pieces nothing else touches the per-shirt price.

One to four solid colors, sharp edges, vivid ink that holds up wash after wash. A company logo or a two-color design is exactly what the press does best.
Pricing, Out Loud.
No "call for pricing." This is the all-in price per shirt on a Gildan 5000, printed on the front. Add locations or premium garments and we quote those too.
Shirt (Gildan 5000) and front print, per piece. One-time setup is $30 per color and is waived on every exact reorder, so the second run of the same design is cheaper than the first. Each additional print location (back, sleeve) is charged at the same per-color rate. Softstyle, hoodies, and premium garments are priced on request. Minimum order $250.
What a real order looks like
Thirty-six staff tees, two-color front. That is $12.92 a shirt the first time. Reorder the same design and you drop the $60 setup, so the next run is $11.25 a shirt. Lead time three weeks, door to door.

Any format. We separate it into colors and prep it for the press. If it needs cleanup, we tell you before we charge you.
Approve the Proof
You see exactly how it will print, on the garment you chose. Nothing goes to press until you sign off.
We Print & Cure
Ink is pushed through the screen and cured into the fabric at heat, so it will not crack or wash out.
Inspected, Then Yours
Every piece checked before it leaves. Your screens go on file for free reorders. Pick up in Gonzales or we deliver locally.
