Screen printing starts at 12 pieces per design. Setup costs are fixed per order and spread more efficiently across larger quantities. For orders under 12 pieces, DTG is a better fit with no minimums and no screen fees.
Standard turnaround is 7-14 business days from proof approval. We recommend planning 3-4 weeks from first contact to delivery to allow time for artwork review, proofing, production, and shipping. Rush options are available but carry an additional fee.
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) with outlined fonts are ideal for screen printing. For DTG, a high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI works well. If your file is not production-ready, our design team can prepare it - just mention it when you request a quote.
Screen printing uses ink pushed through mesh screens - best for bold designs on 12 or more pieces. DTG prints directly onto fabric like an inkjet printer - ideal for full-color artwork at any quantity. DTF transfers a printed film onto the garment - great for small runs and designs on dark fabrics.
We do not print on customer-supplied blanks. We source directly from trusted suppliers so we can guarantee fabric quality and print compatibility on every order. This ensures consistent results across every piece.
Yes - every order includes a digital proof showing your design at exact size and placement. Production does not begin until you approve the proof in writing. This is your final checkpoint to catch any issues at zero cost.
